Çalık Enerji Swiss AG is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Gisler as Independent Member of its Board of Directors, effective July 1, 2026.

Peter Gisler is a highly respected executive with more than 35 years of experience in international banking, export finance, risk management and corporate leadership. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of SERV (Swiss Export Risk Insurance), Switzerland’s official export credit agency and contributed significantly to the development of the Swiss export finance ecosystem. Prior to SERV, he held senior management responsibilities in export and trade finance at ABB.

Peter has extensive experience working with multinational corporations, export credit agencies, commercial banks, multilateral institutions, and export-oriented SMEs. His expertise spans export finance, enterprise risk management, treasury, corporate governance, strategic transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

As Çalık Enerji Swiss AG continues to strengthen its role as the Group’s international platform for EPC and structured financing activities, Peter’s experience and international network will further support the company’s long-term growth, governance and strategic ambitions.
